1. Russell Westbrook – Rocker, Bow Ties, Urkel
Oklahoma City guard Russell Westbrook easily tops this list. The triple-double machine has a flare for the dramatic, whether he’s wearing bow ties, color-coordinating outfits, or dressed as Steve Urkel.
